As Brisbane's first voco hotel, we offer 194 luxurious guest rooms, 11 meeting rooms, 2 F&B outlets, a Fitness Centre & Rooftop Pool. Managed by Vista Hospitality Group, a leader in Australasian hospitality, we provide tailored resources and operational excellence.
What You'll Do: As a Guest Service Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable guest experience. Whether part-time, full-time, or casual, you'll join a dynamic Front Office team dedicated to hospitality excellence:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in/out processes.
Provide personalized service and local recommendations.
Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
Embrace challenges with a proactive and adaptable approach.
What You Bring:
Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections.
Previous experience in front office, reception, or reservations preferred.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems.
Has experience using Opera.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
