We are looking for a Planning and Design Project Manager who is passionate about customer service and sustainable construction.
Working alongside our in-house designers, this role is very collaborative, fast-paced, and interesting.
A multi-faceted role, it encompasses sales, project management, design, client liaison, and all-round legend.
If you excel at listening, understanding, and tailoring your communication to meet clients' needs, this is the perfect role for you.
About the Role You'll be the bridge between ideas and execution, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and our internal team to ensure every project progresses smoothly from meeting the client to passing them over to their site management team.
You will:
Manage the sales, design and planning process to bring client ideas to life in a way that's practical, beautiful, energy-efficient, and to budget.Guide clients through the process, simplifying technical concepts so they feel confident and informed every step of the way.Ensure all projects meet pre-contract schedule milestones, proactively resolving challenges with the support of our experienced construction and technical team.Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to ensure exceptional outcomes, both in design and delivery.About You We are looking for someone who is:

At least 2 years of experience in residential construction as a sales consultant, project designer, client relationship manager, estimator, or a similar role.A proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients while navigating them through complex decisions.Experience working with low to mid-sized residential construction companies (experience in energy-efficient homes is a bonus
).Understanding and willingness to work with complex task management systems, be very meticulous in document control and willingness to work to key performance indicators.A passion for sustainability, energy-efficient building, and delivering outstanding results.Why Join Us?
