Zoomo vehicles are used by major players in the food, grocery and parcel delivery segments with partners including UberEats, Doordash, JustEat Takeaway, Deliveroo, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Amazon, FedEx, Getir, Ocado, GoPuff and many more.

What you'll doAs a Retail Associate (aka our Front of House superstar), you'll be the face of Zoomo at our Brisbane site and help riders acquire the basic skills they need to get on the road and provide them with quick, efficient support, cultivating positive relationships with Zoomo.
When a customer needs assistance, you'll use your mastery of current Zoomo technology to quickly assess their situation and support them with advice or a solution on the spot.
This role is a unique opportunity to take ownership of store operations.
If successful you will be reporting to Zoomo's Country Operations Manager and you will lead the "front-of-house" function at our Brisbane store, some of your duties will include:
Be responsible for the seamless operation of the store's "front-of-house" including opens and closesEnsure our riders have an awesome and seamless in-person support experienceWalk riders through the onboarding process and all safety requirementsHelp existing riders troubleshoot any issues they experience with our e-bikesMeeting sales goals by selling our products to ridersContinuously looking at how to improve processes and procedures within the storeStay on top of new Zoomo policies, procedures, and programs that affect ridersBe our customers' biggest advocate, ensuring you provide an excellent customer experience to the Zoomo riderWork in close partnership with the bike mechanic team working in the "back-of-house"Work in close partnership with the Country Operations Manager to successfully operate the storeMinimum RequirementsWork a regular full time roster of 38 hours per weekPrevious experience in a customer facing Retail or Operations environmentConfidence and ability to work autonomously and deliver resultsFantastic communication skills and customer service skillsAbility to create good relationships with peers in other city locations digitally and by phoneStrong attention to detail and ability to learn and use online systemsCapable of multitasking or working under pressure from customersAble to identify, solve issues and take ownership to resolve themCapable of building trusting relationships with customers and suppliersBonus points for these desired traitsFluency in languages other than English (e.g.
Spanish)An interest or enthusiasm for all things bikes or e-bikesAny work experience relating to bikes, e-bikes, or light electric vehicles, including maintenanceA fun energy to bring the vibes
