Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is a leader in the construction industry, known for their innovative projects and commitment to excellence.
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to support our dynamic team in Burwood .
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with industry networks, educational institutions, and professional organizations.
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the hiring process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
Ability to work full-time, 5 days a week, in our Burwood office.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
