Job DescriptionNow, let's talk about the role... Be responsible for the VIC/TAS State Credit Team, including supporting the VIC/TAS Relationship business to originate in line with Judo's financial expectations, within Judo's risk appetite.Ongoing training and coaching of the VIC/TAS Relationship Team.Contribute to the broader VIC/TAS Relationship business via active engagement with the State Leadership Team.Can think independently about the finance needs of businesses, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.Has a deep interest in the broader economic environment and how these factors impact businesses.Is passionate about empowering and supporting Australian businesses to help SMEs see amazing outcomes.Is a team player with a preference for the group over the individual.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout you: A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields.Demonstrated ability to execute in the up to $25m space including large & complex trading business transactions.Demonstrated ability to originate transactions and proactively identify lending opportunities.Demonstrated leadership capabilities.Proficient in credit writing and financial analysis.A self-starter with a proven ability to build networks.At Judo, our culture sets us apart: Our Values: Accountability: Make decisions and own them.
