Ben jij een technologieliefhebber die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt?
In de rol van Technisch Applicatiebeheerder bij Ventura ben jij het verbindingspunt tussen onze gebruikers en externe consultants.
Jij bent degene die de eerste lijn van support biedt bij problemen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, beheer en indien mogelijk verbetering van diverse applicaties.
Samen met je collega's werk jij aan het optimaliseren van onze processen.
En mocht het nodig zijn, dan ben jij de back-up voor je team, bestaande uit een ICT-BI Developer Administrator en een Information Security Officer.
Je zult een uitdagende mix van taken hebben, waaronder:
Het technisch beheren van bestaande applicaties, zoals Autodesk Vault, Ridder iQHet verbinden van key-gebruikers met externe consultantsHet faciliteren, testen of uitvoeren van updates, soms buiten de reguliere werktijdenHet informeren van de organisatie over aanpassingen als gevolg van updatesHet beheren van Atlassian Jira en het aanpassen van workflows en maatwerkveldenWie ben jij?

Ervaring heeft met SQL en scriptvaardigheden heeftKennis heeft van netwerken(Basis)kennis heeft van beveiliging en een security-mindset heeftMinimaal HBO-werk- en denkniveau heeftDe Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed beheerstWat bieden wij jou?
