Priceline Pharmacy Retail Manager

About the roleAs the Priceline Pharmacy Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful operation of the Priceline Pharmacy located in (Mountain Gate Shopping Centre) Ferntree Gully, VIC.
This is a full-time role where you will oversee all aspects of the pharmacy's day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer service and the achievement of key business objectives.
What you'll be doing Manage and lead a team of pharmacy assistants to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.Oversee the efficient and compliant operation of the pharmacy, including stock management, financial reporting, and adherence to relevant regulations.Develop and implement strategies to improve the pharmacy's performance and profitability.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and development.Liaise with the pharmacy management to identify and address any issues or opportunities.Ensure the pharmacy maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.What we're looking for Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare industry.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience.Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and reporting.Thorough understanding of relevant pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Current S2/S3 Certificate.What we offerAt Priceline Pharmacy, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
