Magnetic Alliance is an award-winning company based in the Adelaide CBD that consists of a highly passionate team of people providing "Growth Services" to the privately owned family business sector ranging from small businesses to large family enterprises nationally and internationally.
Due to continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Admin to join our team.
This role will be within our Central Processing team working with an extremely successful and rapidly growing client within the roof construction and repair industry.
The main tasks will include the following;
Processing of client and supplier invoices
Processing payments and managing obligations to suppliers, subcontractors and other third-party creditors
General processing and reviews of bank transactions
Entering payroll information and processing payroll in Xero
End of month close off for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Bank Accounts
End of month, Bank Statement and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Process General Ledger Journals; Accruals, Prepayments and Other End of Month Journals
Reporting for accounts receivable and accounts payable
Administration and maintenance of systems
We are looking for someone that has at least 2 years experience in a similar accounts based or administrative role within a trade would be preferable but not necessary.
If successful for the role, you will join a hardworking team within a fun and enthusiastic environment.
You will also be provided tools and management support/development focused at helping you in achieving your targets and future goals both personally and professionally.
