Full-Time Metal Fabricator Location: Campbellfield, Victoria
Salary: AUD 70,000 - AUD 80,000 per annum + Superannuation
About Us: Sincore Engineering Pty Ltd is a leading provider of precision metal fabrication services, specializing in custom metal components for a wide range of industries.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Position Summary: As a Full-Time Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating metal components using various techniques, including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
You will work closely with engineers and other team members to produce high-quality products that meet our customers' exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Operate metalworking machinery, such as laser cutters, press brakes, and welding equipment.Fabricate metal components using various techniques, including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.Maintain and clean machinery and equipment.Adhere to safety standards and regulations.Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).Perform pneumatic operations.Create special-purpose jigs and bullbars.Demonstrate knowledge of machining processes.Exhibit proficiency in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) operations.Qualifications and Skills: Trade certificate in metal fabrication or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in metal fabricationStrong knowledge of metalworking techniques and processesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsAbility to use CMM (Coordinate measuring machine)Excellent attention to detail and quality controlStrong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a teamApplication Started: 10/10/2024
