About the rolePermanent opportunity to provide administrative and application support to ensure the accurate management of historical paper-based clinical records and scanning solutions in an ieMR R4 environment.
Contribute to compliant patient flow by ensuring the presence of required clinical information at the point of care. About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values.Collect, track and process current encounter chart batches electronically for all clinical unit and service areas within the scope of Redcliffe Hospital.Comply with the services Key Performance Indicators, task lists and handbooks.Maintain confidentiality whilst accessing the historical paper-based clinical records and digital patient information applications.Perform general duties related to the maintenance and care of current encounter chart batches and the hardware used to scan the files.Health EquityIt is expected that all Metro North Health staff, including the incumbent of this role as a valuable member of the Metro North workforce, contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the intent of supporting the defined six actions that specifically meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).
