Key Responsibilities This position offers a vast array of interesting work opportunities amongst many different duties including but not limited to the following:
Championing a continuous improvement and innovation culture to drive increased engagement and service delivery to our partners and customers and develop new ways of working.
Providing support and care to customers from A-Z.
Providing leadership and support to conveyancers.
Managing residential and complex conveyancing transactions and supporting overflow.
Performing thorough contract reviews, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, ensuring all legal and commercial interests are protected.
Providing strategic advice on structuring transactions.
Staying abreast of changes in property law and conveyancing practices, assisting management with updating internal guidelines accordingly.
Assisting with growth of the practice including the expansion of property services into new markets and sectors including to property developers.
Key Position Requirements Successful applicants will:
Have 2-5 + years PAE.
Have strong knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing A-Z.
Be driven and ambitious with a strong desire to build a national and international business.
Have an ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, with a multi-disciplinary team.
Have excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Great attention to detail.
Enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity.
Be digitally savvy and technologically capable.
