We encourage people with diverse backgrounds to apply for this role. The Opportunity: As the Operations & Fleet Support Manager, you will lead the Operations & Fleet Support team fostering a strong customer communication & collaborative approach, solution-oriented with a focused safety culture.
You will be the principal Komatsu contact for BHPIO at the operational level, coordinating the provision of all Komatsu support services to BHPIO (WAIO) sites and teams.
Ensure a high level of Komatsu overall equipment & AHS system performance while maintaining customer satisfaction & replication of best practices through MEM & Mining Operations.
In addition, your role will collaborate with various departments to increase sales of Komatsu equipment, parts, and service.
Having strong communication skills is essential to brief Senior KAL management on critical matters promptly.
Working closely with our clients includes regular meetings to address issues and provide solutions, positive feedback on Komatsu Customer Support.
You're also responsible for improvement actions to enhance fleet performance and identify root causes of equipment downtime.
