Key Responsibilities:
Develop data engineering solutions acting as the SME for large and complex data projects.
Drive and define architectural and technical solutions to meet business, non-functional and strategic requirements.
Build deep subject matter knowledge and expertise across multiple data domains.
Lead and manage business/process/systems analysis on a small to medium scale within the Client's business context.
Proactively mentor and support a team of engineers.
Provide a strong link between our Client, our consultants and our business.
Be a problem solver with the ability to think ahead to foresee, identify and articulate problems then research, identify, present, and implement options to solve.
Ensure documentation of data processes and assets is coherent and up to date.
Work effectively within an agile team environment to deliver robust, scalable and maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions meeting the project scope.
What You Bring:
Corporate experience working on cloud platforms , ideally including GCP.
Strong skills among: GCP, Azure, Databricks, Confluent, DBT, Collibra, Fivetran, SQL, and Python.
Detailed understanding of data modelling methodology.
Confident communication and presentation skills.
A solid understanding of commercial drivers that influence project outcomes.
