About the Role: We're looking for talented Project Architects with at least 5 years of experience, and Senior Architects/Associates with 10+ years' experience to join our expanding team.
As a key contributor, you'll shape the built environment, work on significant public projects, and elevate your career within a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Relocation packages are available for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Showcase strong design and documentation skills, leading projects from Masterplanning to Post-Contract Administration, reflecting CA Architects' commitment to quality and innovation.
Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.
Engage with clients, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with consultants and stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members.
Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and best practices.
Continuously drive innovation and improvement in your work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in architectural design.
Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software.
Strong design skills, technical abilities, and innovative architectural solutions.
Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
Engage in an exciting, challenging, and diverse project portfolio including significant, city-shaping public projects.
