About the Job The FP&A Analyst will support the Finance Business Partners with financial modelling, scenario planning, and insights derived from complex data analysis.
In this newly created position, you will build financial models to evaluate business initiatives, forecast outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement while streamlining reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives, forecast outcomes, and uncover opportunities for optimisation.
Conduct scenario planning and provide data-driven insights to support critical decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to deliver streamlined and timely reporting to key stakeholders.
Focus on cost-saving initiatives in Building and Operations, analysing key metrics such as trade costs and pricing structures.
Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, developing and embedding finance as a value-adding function.
About You You are an analytical and proactive financial professional with strong technical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive business success.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to take on a role that blends technical expertise with strategic impact.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a large or complex organisation.
Expertise in financial modelling, scenario planning, and data analysis.
Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Advanced proficiency in tools like Power BI and ERP systems.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial insights clearly.
A qualification in Finance or Accounting (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
A proactive and structured mindset, with an eagerness to grow into a finance partnering role.
