Intake Clinician - up to Full Time Hours
Registered Nurse – Mental Health
This Intake role is across our Inpatient Program areas.
You will play an important role in being the first contact point for patients in these areas.
Outpatients, staff and doctors look to our Intake team for compassionate understanding, efficient solutions, and consistent results for their future plans.
Along with this, the team provides highly skilled customer service, communication with our multidisciplinary team, and liaison with other key staff within the Clinic.
Part of your day will include patient assessments both over the phone or in person, arranging acceptance into programs, confirming bookings, and provision of information.

Have appropriate healthcare digital application skills Are organised in your workflow practices Thrive in a busy environment while managing competing demands Provide clear and efficient communication where required Have experience in a similar role Demonstrate self-motivation in your work Essential Criteria:
Current Registration with AHPRA Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health (or working towards) Commitment to Quality Patient Care Compliance with ACQSHC National standards Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Works well independently and within a team Advanced computer skills / digital healthcare system experience Applications close: 4TH Feb 2025
