This role will assume main program delivery in our current markets allowing the incumbent leader to focus more on overseas growth.
The program includes one-on-one delivery of financial literacy over four modules from fundamentals and cashflow to engagement with superannuation and wealth creation.
The role will involve engagement with MWG Leaders, FCTG Stakeholders, and individual Mentees.
The program provides educational and factual information only and is not part of our AFSL financial advice offering.
The salary on offer is 80k + Super with an opportunity to earn 10% upside based on Key Performance Indicators for the business.
