Otitis Media Group Trading as Earbus Foundation of WA (Earbus)Not for ProfitFounded in April 2013, Earbus' mission is to reduce the incidence of middle ear disease in Indigenous and at-risk children in Western Australia below the World Health Organization benchmark of 4%.
We want current and future generations of Indigenous (Aboriginal) children to succeed at school unhindered by the debilitating effects of Otitis media and its impacts upon their ability to learn and achieve to their full potential.

The Manager Clinical Services (MCS) will have operational responsibility for Earbus outreach and clinical services.
This includes clinical service delivery and administrative oversight of programs.
S/he will manage programs, in line with the mission of Earbus, within an existing culturally safe framework for Aboriginal Communities.
The MCS will be both strategic and process-minded; this role requires experience leading a diverse team of individuals with varying qualifications and experience.
The MCS will support a performance culture that delivers measurable results.
Importantly, the successful MCS will have the skills, sensitivity, and personal confidence to tap into the strengths that each member of the team brings to this mission.
What we are looking for:1.
Leadership and People Management Promote collaboration and high-performance team cultureProvide effective leadership and direction to clinical staff (Earbus employees and external consultants), drive performance standards and foster professional developmentImplement strategies for high quality clinical staff recruitment and contractor selection, retention, and engagementAn ability to think creatively and manage complexity2.
Operational Management Lead planning and delivery of high-quality personalised hearing health clinical care to Aboriginal children, families and communitiesFoster operational efficiency and work with other managerial staff to ensure program standards are at elite levelsMonitor client outcomes, satisfaction, and performance indicators to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesManage clinical incidents and uphold Earbus Foundation Work Health & Safety standardsImplement clinical training for staff3.
Clinical Governance and Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with primary health networks, healthcare providers, schools, children and their families, and external partners to ensure Earbus teams deliver high quality, personalised careProactively support internal and external auditsResponsibilities:The MCS will lead Earbus Foundation clinical operations with the following responsibilities:
Be part of the program leadership group and contribute to the organisation's strategic directionOversee the annual outreach services planSupport clinical staff to perform at a high level of efficiency and efficacyProvide for all staff a culturally appropriate, strong, daily leadership presencePrioritise and nurture a team approach to outreach service deliveryKey Qualifications:The successful candidate will live the core values of Earbus and be inspired by our mission.
