ABOUT THE ROLE This entry-level role is perfect for a Store Manager looking to take the next step in their career
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead a small portfolio of stores, working closely with Store Managers to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
As a full-time position, this role is typically Monday to Friday, with the expectation to work one weekend each month to stay connected with the stores and team.
Key responsibilities include delivering store profit targets and budgets, leading and mentoring Store Managers, recruiting and developing talented individuals, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
You'll manage store expenses within agreed budgets, ensure high Visual Merchandising standards across all stores, collaborate with the Loss Prevention Manager to minimize shrinkage, and drive team performance and success.
