We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Canberra and support the delivery of a soon-to-commence $600 million project.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of all commercial aspects of your project, including:
Administration of the head contract and subcontractsDeveloping the procurement strategy and processesOutlining cost controls, budgets, and managing project cash flowEnsuring that contracts and documentation contain the necessary EH&S inclusionsLeading and mentoring the commercial and administration project teamTo Be Successful, You Will Need:A construction management, building, engineering, or quantity surveying degree or equivalent10+ years of industry experience in the construction industry, ideally on projects above $100 millionExpertise in contract management, construction law and quantity surveyingExperience in program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administrationExperience managing and developing teams of junior staffStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing groups of high-level stakeholdersLendlease OverviewWith a national delivery capability and a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design, and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
