The opportunity We are looking for an excellent communicator that is a highly organised and compassionate professional to join our ever-growing team based in Melbourne's Northern suburbs.
In this role, you will be responsible for customer service to our dealers and internal stakeholders, you will also provide sales and administration support to our show team.
You will become a Snowy River Ambassador and be able to answer technical product and pricing queries.
Key Accountabilities • Dealership Coordination including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, interactions are by phone, email with some face to face • Effectively distribute reports and updates to dealers regarding production schedules • Ensure timely resolutions to any customer/dealer concerns or queries and respond to enquiries and emails, internal and external, in a timely manner • Assist with end of sale process including queries, colour selection and vehicle handover.
• Coordination of our Show Team travel and event related tasks including sales and administration support • Proactively ensure that all our business and customers' expectations are consistently exceeded • Provide technical support to dealers What we are looking for • All-round excellent communicator both verbal and written • Someone who can prioritize and meet deadlines • Ability to multitask and be calm under pressure • Ability to adapt to a changing environment • A forward thinker and attention to detail • High level of competence with MS Office (especially Excel) • Experience in ERP platforms (preferred) • Experience in the RV industry is not necessary, training will be provided • Marketing/Business graduates encouraged to apply
