We offer a wide range of support services to help meet their health needs, their homes and maintain their independence.We are a local family-owned business with offices in Newcastle and Coffs Harbour.
We pay above award conditions and we employ on a Permanent-Part Time basis, so you will enjoy job security and have access to Annual Leave, Sick Leave, and Superannuation.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Support Worker in the Coffs region assisting with 24/7 service delivery.Your role will include:In-home CarePersonal CareCommunity AccessRespite CareDomestic AssistanceMedication AssistanceMeal PreparationTransportShopping AssistanceWelfare ChecksDocumentation of client progress/reportsWorking with NDIS and Aged Care clients to fulfill their short term/long term goalsNecessary QualificationsCertificate III in Individual Support, Disabilities, Aged Care or Community Services or 3 years' experienceCurrent First Aid/CPRCurrent Working with Children Check for paid employmentWilling to obtain WWCC and NDISWSCDesired QualificationsPrevious experience in the Disability or Aged Care sectorExcellent written and oral communication skills (English)Ability to work as part of a teamThe flexibility to work a varied rosterPermitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g.
