You will be part of a progressive business that values and supports internal career growth. We are looking for a team member who thrives in a busy sales-driven environment while having a laugh (and the occasional dance-off) with each customer that walks through our doors.Your role:Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapportSound cash handling and EFTPOSLearn and maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the businessMaintain high level of store standards, assist with merchandising and presentationWork towards budgets, targets, and KPIsAssist with stock control and quality managementFollow national legislation, WHS, and security guidelinesYou will also have:A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targetsProven ability to work within a fast-paced retail environmentA happy, friendly, and energetic personalityA desire to deliver high-quality customer serviceValid Police Check Report is required if successful in the interview stageWould you like to know more?
