The Roles This firm is seeking experienced Legal Assistants to join its Sydney office, offering opportunities across three dynamic practice areas: 1.
Health (1 year experience) Supporting senior practitioners, including a renowned legal duo, responsibilities will include: Managing diaries and coordinating meetings; Answering client inquiries and calls; Preparing and formatting legal documents; Handling billing and file management; Archiving and general administrative tasks.
2.
Projects (2 years experience) Working within a fast-paced team, the role requires: Scheduling appointments and managing diaries; Preparing and reconciling expenses; Client liaison and event coordination; Drafting and maintaining legal documents; Providing PA support and managing billing.
3.
Government (2 years experience) This role supports a high-volume litigation team representing key government clients, with duties including: Opening and closing client files; Completing billing and reporting tasks; Diary management and scheduling court events; Organising events and performing general administrative support.
The Candidate Each role requires a proactive and professional individual with: At least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant; Strong communication and client service focus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent attention to detail; A "can do" attitude and proven ability to meet deadlines.
