Platform Integration EngineerThe Opportunity:Everyone is trying to "harness the power of the cloud," but not everyone knows how.
As a platform DevOps engineer, you know how to build, manage, and secure a container platform that meets your clients' needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities.
What if you could use your cloud platform skills to improve the design, development, and deployment of the SIGINT mission platform?
We need you to help us develop and manage container management software to solve some of our clients toughest challenges.On our team as a Platform DevOps Integration Engineer, you'll use your experience to streamline our software development life cycle from requirements to monitoring in production.
You'll use the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your clients' environments with current container software to ensure seamless orchestration.
Using your technical knowledge, you'll work directly with your clients to inform strategy and design, while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process with Amazon Web Services (AWS), software integration, and cloud architecture and Kubernetes.You'll recommend tools such as Kubernetes to help your clients manage and securely adopt containers.
Additionally, you'll broaden your skills in areas like Containerization and Microservices while developing critical cloud platforms for our client.Ready to transform SIGINT mission platform with cloud platform technology?Join us.
The world can't wait.You Have:Experience developing and implementing applications on bare metal or cloud infrastructureExperience migrating applications and data from existing on-premises network and IT assets to the cloud, and debugging cloud stacksExperience performing data conversion, process design, architecture, and application setup, and integrating software applications to the cloudExperience with infrastructure-as-code environments, including activities around the automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing, including continuous integration and continuous deliveryExperience integrating and troubleshooting computer, information, and software systems, including software and hardware componentsExperience synchronizing information and data systems ensuring interoperability between data sourcesExperience designing, building, and maintaining workflows and tools for software engineering to drive consistency and speed up common tasksExperience with Docker, OpenShift, or KubernetesTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or Math and 7+ years of experience as an Engineer, or 10+ years of experience as an Engineer in lieu of degreeNice If You Have:Experience with identifying and implementing automation to improve user experienceExperience with scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or RubyExperience with system integration using a variety of protocols, including JSON, REST, and XMLExperience with leveraging JSON, YAML, or XML for configurationExperience with the OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model (SAMM) or DevSecOps Maturity Model (DSOMM)Cloud certification, including AWS, Certified Solutions Architect Associate Certification, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, or MCSE Cloud Platform and InfrastructureClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
