Work for an organisation that invests in training and development Up to $100,000 + Super + Car + Phone and Laptop + Bonus We are seeking an experienced Estimator or Loss Adjustor to join one of Australia's most trusted and well-known Third- Party Administrators in Australia.
Based in Sydney,  Melbourne or Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis.

Stakeholder management; managing relationships with the insured, insurers and third-party builder Conduct Strata site inspections, assess damage, and coordinate trades and specialists.
Provide a seamless, end-to-end claims experience with confidence and expertise.

About you Competent with Loss Adjusting for Strata or Strata claims management process Growth mindset and accountable for your own learning, taking advantage of learning and development programs.
Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Be self-driven and supportive to help drive team performance.
Previous experience in mentoring a team is preferred but not required.
