What you'll be doingProactively identify and qualify prospective customers leveraging business directories, industry events, and community engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Educate customers on the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies to promote our services and product offerings.Participate in customer calls to understand needs and build relationships.Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in partnership with Account Executives to increase funnel conversion rates and generate high-quality leads.Drive sales growth and account management within assigned territory.Act as a subject-matter expert on all things ServiceRocket–products and services.Reporting on activity through company-required platforms.
