Our approach is both technology-driven and human-centred, aiming to transform workplace wellbeing with accessible, preventive care.Join Sonder's mission to deliver timely and effective global support, and contribute to empowering people to be at their best.About the roleAs the Revenue Operations Manager, you will have ownership of the revenue operations function, enabling our Go-To-Market teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to achieve growth and operational efficiency.
You will focus on developing and implementing scalable processes, leveraging data insights to inform strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and systems effectively.The ideal candidate is an experienced Revenue Operations Manager who thrives in hands-on roles, has strong data analytics skills, and excels at collaborative problem-solving across teams.This is a unique opportunity to enhance our revenue operations function, contributing directly to revenue growth.What you'll be doingLeading the development and execution of revenue operations processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.Driving data accuracy and generating actionable insights through advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions.Owning and optimising the revenue tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.Creating performance dashboards and analytics to monitor key revenue metrics and deliver regular reporting.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve lead-to-cash processes.Partnering with leadership to develop accurate revenue forecasts, pipeline management, and territory design strategies.Designing and implementing incentive programmes aligned with revenue objectives to maximise team performance.Managing and guiding a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.Identifying key opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention based on revenue data analysis.Who are we looking for?The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and is passionate, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing high-quality work every day.
Above all else, you - the ideal candidate - will embody the Sonder values and love working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.What you bring to the team;Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.Demonstrated people leadership experience.Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable revenue processes.Strong analytical skills, with expertise in HubSpot and business intelligence tools like Tableau.Experience in creating and managing revenue forecasts, pipeline health analysis, and sales territory design.Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach to process improvement.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.Why join Sonder?At Sonder, we thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a strong commitment to our people.
