The Opportunity We have an exciting opening for a Workshop Manager.
Have you ever wanted to run a workshop without the business responsibilities?
This role is crucial in connecting service delivery with technical requests, supporting our workshop function, and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Greet customers and manage bookings and enquiriesPrepare and cost repair invoices for various accountsCollaborate with the technicians on workflow managementProvide technical consultation and options for vehicle repairsManage service appointments and vehicle logisticsBuild and maintain positive customer relationshipsPromote and upsell products and servicesSuccess Profile Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle AutomotiveDiagnostic knowledge (advantageous)Excellent mechanical knowledge across various vehiclesSound understanding of automotive workshop workflow managementExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in a similar fast-paced roleAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong customer service skills with a focus on relationship-buildingHigh energy and professional presentationEffective multitasking and time management skillsProblem-solving abilities and quick thinkingWhat We Offer Competitive salary package (based on experience)Full-time employment (4 day working week)Professional development programs and trainingEmployee discounts and other bonusesA family fun work environmentIf you're talented, innovative, and ready to drive your career forward with this unique opportunity, we want to talk to you
