The purpose of this role is to support the Client Director in delivery on the account, managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution.
This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.

The role:
As our next Digital Media Manager, you will work with the Digital Director to lead and drive Social and Performance Media strategies, planning, implementation and success for our amazing clients
Core responsibilities:
Manages, executes and measures key digital channels, including Social Media, Website, Search and Email Builds sharp, relevant editorial calendar to share across digital channels, ensuring regular beat of quality storytelling and real-time content Shares data-driven insights with immediate and wider teams, tracking customer journeys through our digital estate and optimizing for conversion Organizes, builds and engages with powerful custom audiences that align with target audience segments strategy, including high clout influencers Uses social media monitoring platforms, is the eyes and ears for crisis communications management on social media Maintains all website content, including working Case Studies, Thought Leadership and Blogs, enhancing our searchability using SEO best practices Manages and executes targeted email marketing strategy, optimizing engagement and growth Manages agencies/partners in optimizing our Search and Paid Strategy and performance A bit about you:
Excellent and strong experience in Social and Performance Media Able to provide a generalist view of all facets of digital media (biddable and non-biddable) Strong communication and numeracy skills Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Excellent technical experience and knowledge including Meta, Google Campaign Manager, BVOD, SVOD, Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics Excellent stakeholder engagement and Client management skillset, comfortable with reporting and presentations to external stakeholders What's in it for you:
