You will work closely with the Learning and Development Director and Business Partners to ensure that Uniting AgeWell's training programs are effectively coordinated.
You will also work closely with the LMS Analyst to appropriately manage and maintain our LMS system.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
LMS enquiries - as the first point of contactMaintain LMS training records, including participant lists, attendance records, and evaluation feedbackLMS testing of workshops and eLearns prior to launchCoordinate trainers/presenters enrolments and registrations, attendance records, evaluations, and related resourcesArrange venues, coordinate travel and accommodation, catering, and prepare training materials such as handouts, presentations, etc.About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.

Vocational qualifications in education, human resources and/or organisational development or similarIdeally two years experience in a Learning Management System administrative roleExperience in an administrator role in the Aged Care Industry (Preferred but not essential)Computer literacy including sound PowerPoint and Excel skillsAbility to communicate and consult within the team and with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in using technology such as Learning Management Systems, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom and webinarsAre committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)Essentials for working in Aged Care: A current Working With Children & Vulnerable People cardCurrent and ongoing flu vaccinationsAustralian working rightsAbility to pass a national police clearanceMake a positive difference in your community – apply now Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply for this role.
