We are on the hunt for a CRM Specialist to help us craft personalized and unforgettable experiences for our readers.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the Booktopia CRM system to drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth.
You will work closely with the marketing team to design, implement, and improve customer journeys.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, on-site located at our office and state of the art Customer Fulfilment Centre in South Strathfield.
This is not a hybrid role and free parking is available onsite.
Responsibilities Lead and manage the CRM strategy alongside the Marketing ManagerPlan, execute, optimise campaigns and build customer profiles to identify target markets to drive personalised marketing campaigns based on customer behaviour and preferencesManage two Email Marketing Specialists based in ManillaManage and report on key metrics (i.e.
lead generation, click-through rates, conversion rates) and analyse data to assess campaign effectiveness and use insights to inform and improve future campaignsDrive continuous improvements through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven insightsAssist in the development of new customer Lifecycle & Automation Programs to deliver on the CRM objectivesProvide strategic recommendations to improve overall digital marketing effectiveness, leveraging CRM data to inform audience targeting, personalisation, and customer journey optimisationIdentify new opportunities for growth by analysing customer behaviour and performance trends, contributing to short and long-term digital strategySkills & requirements 3+ years' experience in a similar role in retail / e-commerce preferredDegree level qualification in Marketing, Communications or Marketing-related fieldBackground within CRM, email marketing and driving customer engagement strategies & strong understanding of CRM tools, automation, and integrationDemonstrated experience with managing customer data platforms particularly Emarsys is desired but not essentialProven expertise in building CRM automation flows and lifecycle programsProficiency in CRM reporting and analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, TableauStrong commercial mindset and the ability to work cohesively with the wider Marketing teamExcellent communication, presentation and organisational skills with a keen eye for detailWork with a collaborative, innovative and supportive teamTraining and development opportunities provided to support your success and career progressionLearn and grow with support from dedicated and talented senior professionalsExcellent salary and conditionsEmployee Discounts, Reward & Recognition ProgramsFree onsite parkingSound like the role for you?
