Join our award-winning teamWe currently have an opportunity for a passionate and committed trainer and assessor to join our team as a Training Advisor – Early Childhood Care & Education on a part-time basis in our Coffs Harbour office.The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training AdvisorAs a Training Advisor, you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.
You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will find satisfaction in empowering your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalized service.Your Key Responsibilities will include:Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.Assessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offering.Ensuring management of your own caseload is maintained within identified milestones.Criteria for SuccessCertificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent.Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education.Minimum 2 years' industry experience.Current Driver's Licence.A recent, clear National Police Check.A current NSW Working With Children Check.Why work for ETCWe pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
