As part of the Brand and Marketing team, the Digital Designer will play a pivotal role in elevating our digital creative.
Supporting Digital Media Chapter to create digital media designed to engage customers and drive brand awareness and outcomes in customer channel of choice.

What You'll DoParticipate fully within the Greenhouse Collective team, contributing to creating a respected and valued service to deliver highly customer-focused outcomes, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple, contending priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.Ability to keep all open projects moving, hitting and completing targets by the agreed deadlines.Demonstrate a clear understanding of the creative process, and timings across multiple design touchpoints like web, email, social, programmatic.Work in consultation and collaboration with all marketing servicing teams and copywriters to ensure creative solutions developed are of the highest quality.What You'll Bring5+ years Digital agency/in-house studio experience working in a digital design role.Great written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.Efficient in creative platforms (Adobe CC).Advanced skills in animation, editing and motion graphics.Meticulous attention to detail.What You'll ExperienceA global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.Strong mentorship and development; opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest and best minds in Australia.A progressive and flexible WFH policy that gives you more control over your work, life and wellbeing.Access to Sonder.
