What we offer At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.

Marketplace Marketplace is responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
Responsibilities Living and breathing the Mindshare values everyday whilst possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.Creating a positive, motivating and inspiring team culture.Collaborating with client teams across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process.Communicating confidently and effectively on all matters.Delivering a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.Using proprietary and industry tools & systems for market leading campaign implementation.Understanding and applying the Mindshare Process.Obtaining necessary certifications for required platforms.Providing accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.Understanding your client and their category while managing expectations.Building trusted relationships with media owners.Ensuring financial procedural adherence across all touchpoints.Following GroupM SOX compliance and auditing processes.Completing timesheets regularly with accuracy and attention to detail.Experience Entry Level Role – no previous experience in Marketing or Media Agencies required.
A Marketing or other relevant degree is highly regarded.
