The opportunity
This role's primary objective is to guide a team in aligning the Accounts Payable Department's operations (processing and queries) with the strategic goals of the customer, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
You will implement systems, processes, and controls to ensure the function operates efficiently and effectively.
This will involve adhering to best practices, providing excellent customer service, and fostering a high performance culture by investing in our team's development.
What you'll do
Manage a team of 20+ Payable professionals, analysts, project and initiative leads located on and offshore.
Oversee a customer-oriented support function for the Group's internal P2P stakeholders.
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service that surpasses business partner expectations.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in Procure-to-Pay end-to-end processes for the Group.
Lead your department in executing the Finance Shared Services strategy by translating vision into action through the implementation and support of key projects & improvement initiatives.
