Do you wish to explore or grow your career in Retail?Our busiest time of year is approaching, and we are seeking new Seasonal Retail Consultants to support our incredible Brisbane store team across Festive Season 2024.As Aesop Retail Consultant, you embody our desire to engage, listen, and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers into our spaces and, through intentional interactions, deepen the way our products are experienced. We are committed to promoting inclusion for all, with the belief that diversity, inclusion, and belonging play an important role in the success of our organisation.What are we looking forThe ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity, and sincerityPassion for providing exceptional customer serviceNo prior retail experience necessary, but ideally, you will have some experience within a customer service role or environmentAn interest to learn product knowledgeFlexible and open availability throughout October – February (full availability required for these periods; 25th November – 1st December and 10th - 24th December, 26th December)These roles are of a casual nature commencing from September 2024 and concluding in February 2025, with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment based on business needs. We are seeking flexible candidates with a passion for retail, who have full availability across this time, including late-night and weekend trading hours.
