What's in it for youWork for a Tier 3 company with a large scope of projects within SEQCompetitive salaries offer, up to $180k depending on experience + Super + Ute If you're an aspiring Project Manger, that's maybe worked as a Senior Project Engineer Great team and company culture, career advancement opportunitiesBe apart of a growing team Local work in SEQ Realistic duties you will perform as a Project Manager Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issuesResponsible for implementing systems and process that address worker and public safety Procure and manage adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframesEnsure procurement of goods and services is undertaken with the appropriate forms of engagement that, as far as possible, address worker safety, and reduce potential commercial loss or exposure to litigation Liaise with clients to plan and determine program timeframes and milestonesAdminister contract requirements with a high degree of compliance to address commercial riskProvide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestonesCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team What we are looking for Experienced civil Project Manager or SPE (happy to review applications at all levels)Ideally, candidates with experience in infrastructure or urban developmentsMust have valid drivers licence Great team player that's looking for a company to grow their career with Bachelor of engineering or project management Why go through Smith & Co?
