Job Description: We're currently seeking a passionate and proactive Industrial Electrician with a focus on maintenance to join our vibrant team.
This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, requiring a strong focus on quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, collaborative teamwork, and mentorship of apprentices and fellow tradesmen.
Key Responsibilities: Utilise analytical skills to effectively tackle fault finding and problem-solving tasks.Work both autonomously and collaboratively to uphold safe practices and deliver superior workmanship.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients through clear communication and outstanding service delivery.Demonstrate proficiency in PLC and SCADA integration across various plant equipment.Undertake tasks at heights, operate Elevated Work Platforms (EWP).
Previous experience in confined space work is advantageous.Preference for candidates with experience in the food manufacturing industry and a strong grasp of hygiene practices.Requirements: Electrical license to perform the work of Electrical Fitter and Electrical Mechanic.Manual driving license.Proven track record in industrial electrical maintenance.Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.Competency in PLC and SCADA systems.Valid Working at Heights, EWP, CPR, and LVR certifications.First aid (preferred).Experience in confined space work (preferred).Familiarity with the food manufacturing environment (preferred).Blue Card - Working with Children's Check or Police Check (preferred).Benefits: Competitive remuneration package.Company-provided vehicle and phone.Opportunities for overtime.How to Apply: If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity and meet the requirements outlined above, we'd love to hear from you
