Located in the heart of Mount Isa, these venues offer a unique opportunity to manage two diverse properties while being part of a leading Queensland hospitality group.The Role:As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management and success of both venues, including accommodation, dining, gaming, and event services. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high service standards, driving business performance, and fostering a positive team culture across both properties.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure cost controls are in place.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.What We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.Mandatory Qualifications:RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)Approved Manager's LicenseGaming NominationRSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain before commencing.What We Offer:Competitive salary package with accommodation assistance.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to make a significant impact across two well-established venues in a thriving regional town.Ready for a change of scenery and the opportunity to lead two iconic venues?
