Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Assistant Learning & Development Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are looking for a confident leader who possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong skills in stakeholder management, and the ability to build relationships.
This individual should have experience in internal training and coordinating with external stakeholders, while also being forward-thinking with a focus on budget management.
This role will see you facilitate the efficient management, organization, and execution of training, learning, and development programs across the resort, including the orientation program for new employees.
You will also support the preparation, administration, and delivery of training conducted internally at ARR and by various external training providers.
Your key duties will include: Work closely with the General Manager of People & Culture to refine, develop and implement Learning and Development Strategies at Ayers Rock Resort.
Preparation and delivery of various programs across the resort in Hospitality, Work Health & Safety compliance, and Hotel operations to meet industry standards and employee needs and aspirations.
Management of the learning management system, ensuring it is up to date and accurate.
