Assistant Operations Manager

About the role: This role is responsible for supporting the national approach for Service Delivery (with a focus on North West and Southern regions) and the delivery of customer care within KinCare policies and procedures.
The role will work in partnership primarily with the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager in Service Delivery and as well as the Customer Care leadership team.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Oversee SDTLs/CSEs to meet required business KPIs Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, both writing them and training others to deliver Address issues relating to team performance in collaboration with HR Actively drive a healthy culture as one in which the expectations for behaviour result in people doing the right things, the right way, every time Work in line with organisational requirements to foster continuous improvement, including the identification of efficiency enhancements for forecasting, scheduling or capacity planning processes Ensure all cases are actioned within KPI timelines across the Service Delivery team Ensure regular orientation and development programs of field workers are undertaken in line with Learning and Development Overseeing the management of Field Employee Availability and Leave process About you: Previous experience in a management role in operations and/or service delivery Demonstrated experience in leading remote teams Strong leadership skills, able to engage and motivate others, working towards team objectives and KPIs Ability to think and operate strategically, thinking outside the box, and driving initiatives towards customer focussed solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills which includes the capacity to have difficult conversations, resolve conflict and being open to taking feedback Ability to build strong internal relationships including working within a multidisciplinary team In depth knowledge of cross departmental impacts Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Next steps: Please note that this is an internal opportunity only and external candidates (including referrals) will not be considered.
