You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking to hire an experienced Package Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors to join our team in Perth.
You will deliver innovative business solutions through design, build, and test, including systems integration.
You will leverage your subject matter expertise and your leadership capabilities to ensure successful project delivery and client success.

As the right candidate for the job, you will have ample personal and career growth opportunities.We would like you to have a very solid SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors background with implementation experience from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Australian-based consulting firms.
Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, organizational change management, process design, planning, project management, and managing execution of build-to-deploy activities.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseCertified in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll PLUS experience in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralAt least 7 years extensive demonstrable experience as a delivery consultant in design, build, and deploy of SAP SuccessFactors solutionsExtensive demonstrable experience with a minimum of 5 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations (advantageous if you are certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll)Additional Required Professional and Technical ExpertiseProvide leading practice functional and technical expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors including integration with other SAP and non-SAP systemsSupport design workshops with stakeholdersUnderstanding of core data structures and data flows of SAP HCM and SuccessFactorsStrong problem-solving and presentation skills to drive client issue and defect resolutionIdentify, develop, and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the businessExcellent communication (written and oral) and soft skillsProven ability to work in high-performing teamsDocumenting functional requirementsConfiguring SuccessFactors systems to meet client business requirementsPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseProviding for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projectsYou have a good knowledge of HCM business processes and are familiar with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactorsYou are willing to take on challenges in new areas at new clientsYou possess strong analytical skills and can help our clients in finding the best solution for their business requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
