We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Truck Bay Supervisor to join our Automotive On-Highway team in the Pooraka Workshop.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices.
Consulting with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
Ensuring adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues/incidents to the Branch Leadership.
Completing required documentation.
Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Experience working on engine products and Heavy On-Highway Vehicles e.g., Kenworth, Western Star.
Experience in using electronic troubleshooting systems and following defined OEM procedures.
Previous or demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring in a workshop environment.
Effective communication and organization skills.
Organisational skills and be able to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Monday to Friday Rotating shift, 6 to 2:06 PM AND 9:54 to 6 PM.
