Role Overview: This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Admissions and program data within UNSW College's systems. The successful candidate will oversee data setup and quality assurance, generate insightful reports for key stakeholders, and identify process improvements through regular data audits. This position is integral to maintaining high standards and supporting informed decision-making within the Admissions team.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Data Management: Setup and manage admissions and program reference data in our Admissions and Student Management Systems.Program Information Maintenance: Maintain UNSW program information, liaise with stakeholders to validate entry requirements, and manage tasks related to program changes.Documentation: Develop and maintain high-quality, accurate, and timely documentation for deliverables.Testing: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing as needed.Data Audits: Conduct regular audits of TNE (Transnational Education) and Admissions data, supporting the TNE Team as needed.Qualifications and Skills: Education and Experience: A relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience, or equivalent knowledge gained through a combination of education, training, and experience.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of innovative thinking and solution development.Admissions Knowledge: Understanding of admissions processes within the higher education sector.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders and influence decisions.Some of our Benefits: Fitness Passport – heavily discounted gym memberships5 gifted days of annual leaveSalary packaging optionsEmployees can access 50% tuition fees discount at UNSW Sydney (conditions apply)How to Apply: Interested candidates should provide the following to be considered for this position:
