Starting from $105,762 (plus Super) - negotiable for the right candidate.
Band 7, monthly RDO for full time 40-hour weeks and hybrid working/office in Narre Warren.

A bit about the role
Provide support to the EPMO Lead by managing project processes, governance frameworks, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
This includes maintaining the project management tool, Altus, facilitating consistent project delivery practices, and offering both administrative and strategic assistance to project teams and stakeholders.
What you'll deliver
Champions good portfolio, program, project and governance management practice Supports the adoption of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on the use of EPMO tools and templates (i.e.
Altus) Facilitate governance workshops and meetings to align projects with organisational objectives.
Develops and implements portfolio, program and project management reporting, including automated reports from the PPM tool Altus Provides advice and coaching to the business to enable them to transition managing their own report generation from the PPM tool.
Assist in the development and updating of project documentation templates, guidelines, and toolkits
What you'll bring
Proven experience working in a PMO or ePMO environment, focusing on governance and compliance.
Aptitude for resolving governance related challenges in a structured manner.
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment Relevant experience in Program and Project Management methodology (MSP, Prince2, ITIL, Cobit) Strong understanding of project, program and portfolio governance frameworks.
Hands on experience supporting complex projects or programs, including documentation, tracking and reporting.
Experience in Change Management tools (PCI, Prosci, Adkar) A relevant degree or diploma in Portfolio or Project Management; or higher formal qualifications with a shorter period of experience; or lesser formal qualifications supported by extensive relevant experience.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check.
