About the opportunity
Organize and manage work-integrated learning opportunities for optometry students, ensuring they meet educational and accreditation standards while promoting collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate work-integrated learning experiences to ensure high quality and compliance with program standards, using student feedback and industry research for continuous improvement.
About you
Optometrist or demonstrated equivalent competency.
Ability to provide student support and learning and teaching support in a higher education setting.
Demonstrated commitment in participating in quality audit and evaluation research.
Demonstrated management, organization skills by displaying evidence of effective communication, resilience/resourcefulness, independence/self-motivation, being collaborative and a team player, flexibility/ability to adapt to and accommodate changing surroundings, working well under pressure and effective stakeholder management.
Ability to liaise and network effectively with a range of professionals and establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
