Ward Security is looking for an experienced Security Officer who will work at our client's premier office and lab premises in West London.
The ideal candidate will possess the skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to the client.
Position:Security Officer
Pay rate:£14.22 per hour
Shift Pattern:Wed to Sun nights only - 60 hours per week
Location:Arc West London, Hammersmith, London, W6 9RH
Must have:Valid Frontline SIA licenseProven work experience as a Cooperate Security Officer - min 1 yearExcellent customer service and communication skillsHigh level of self-presentationIT literate - Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipmentQuick thinking and problem-solving skillsA positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challengesMain Duties:Act as a point of contact and information center to staff, visitors, and tenantsAlways conduct yourself in a professional mannerEnsure all instructions, both written and verbal, are adhered toGuard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassersConduct foot patrols within defined areas as an effective deterrent in the protection of the client's property and assetsInvestigate and take appropriate lawful action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety, and fire incidentsComplete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signaturesExcellent communication skills to all levels – verbally, written, phone, and by security radioWho We Are:Ward Security provides security services solutions to a range of UK businesses.
