VetPartners is seeking an experienced VTC Supervisor to manage our Veterinary Training Centres across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you'll help shape the future of veterinary training, drive growth, and ensure our facilities operate at the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTarget Achievement: Co-develop strategies to meet revenue and training goals, including marketing and social media initiatives.Training Delivery: Oversee the smooth execution of workshops, manage a multi-site team, and ensure training quality and effectiveness.Facilities Management: Maintain facilities, manage supplies, ensure safety compliance, and oversee the cadaver supply program.Skills, Attributes, and Experience:Leadership Skills: Strong leadership experience with a track record of building, motivating, and guiding small teams to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional service.Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry bodies.Project and Target Delivery: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve strategic targets, with experience in implementing business plans, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies.Veterinary or Related Industry Knowledge (Desirable): Experience in the veterinary industry or healthcare training environments is highly regarded, though not essential.Systems Proficiency: Proficiency with applications, systems, and tools to manage operations, reporting, and training coordination effectively.Safety and Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of WHS legislation and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring full compliance across facilities.How To Apply:Sound Like you?
