Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC region, aligning with broader business objectives.
Identify key markets, segments, and accounts to expand adoption of the company's flagship solutions.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Drive business development initiatives, entering new markets and expanding in existing ones.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school leaders, educational institutions, and government bodies.
Ensure exceptional customer retention through strategic onboarding and engagement practices.
Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product launches and campaigns.
Desired Skills and Attributes: Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term plans for market growth.
Proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performing sales teams.
Extensive B2 B sales expertise, ideally within the edtech sector, with a record of exceeding targets.
Deep knowledge of the APAC K-12 education market.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build relationships across all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decisions.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and global counterparts.
